The Studies and Economic Media Center (SEMC) concluded two discussions sessions in Al-Ma’afer district of Taiz governorate. More than 40 representatives from the Local Development Committees in the district; the Executive Offices and Community figures discussed the issues and challenges facing the district as well as the proposed solutions for these issues.
The representatives reviewed and improved the district development plan prepared by the local development committee in the district. The committee was formed by SEMC as part of a project targeting four districts: Al-Ma’afer and Al- Qahirah in Taiz; and the districts of Sirah and Dar Saad in Aden
