In the opening ceremony, SEMC Chairman, Mr. nike chaussure<\/a> Mustafa Nasr clarified that this workshop aims to define the roles of youth in analyzing problems and identifying needs, in addition to monitoring and evaluation awareness and advocacy in order to contribute effectively to local development in their communities, and work to determine the mechanism of regulation that would lead youth to execute their roles of promoting local development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. ugg classic<\/a> Nasr <\/span><\/span>also emphasized on the importance of <\/span>youth <\/span>role in serving areas for development at Bani Hushaish region pointing that there is no development without involvement of youth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, the Head of Services Committee of Bani Hushaish Local Council, Mr. ugg australia classic<\/a> Masoud Al-Jamra praised <\/span>SEMC <\/span>efforts in rising awareness of <\/span><\/span>development issues through Training the local council members and executive mangers of Bani Hushaish district, and educating youth and women in the district.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants demanded the local authority to establish <\/span><\/span>secondary level schools for girls to reduce the phenomenon of dropping out of education by girls, which are mainly caused by traditions of not allowing participation of girls in mixed-gender schools and universities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Participants also discussed a number of priority issues as the low level of education caused also by installment of school buildings but without allocating a teaching staff integrated into these schools.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants also called upon the local authority to work with the central authority in the promotion of agricultural products in neighboring counties, and work on the imposition of measures to prevent the entry of any pesticides banned internationally to the directorate, and the criminalization of all pesticides used in agriculture.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the workshop, participants for<\/a>med four teams of youth to advocate these issues in the local authority of the district and province. asics aaron<\/a> The teams are the Supervisory team, Monitoring of Needs and Priorities team, Supervision and Evaluation team, and Compilation, Advocacy and Media team.<\/span><\/p>\n
