يعلن مركز الدراسات والاعلام الاقتصادي عن حاجته لمدربين في كلا من محافظتي تعز وعدن، لتدريب الصحفيات والصحفيين حول بناء قدرات الصحفيات والصحفيين في مجال الإعلام والمناصرة المتعلقة بالمساواة بين الجنسين وحقوق المرأة اليمنية والسلامة المهنية والأمن الرقمي.
يأتي هذا البرنامج ضمن مشروع مكانتي الذي ينفذه المركز بالشراكة مع الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية في محافظتي تعز، عدن.
تستهدف كل ورشة تدريبية 30 صحفي وصحفية من تعز، الحديدة، حضرموت، عدن وصنعاء ، بحيث يشارك في كل دورة 15 صحفي وصحفية.
يهدف مشروع “وسائل الإعلام وتمكين المرأة في اليمن” إلى رفع مستوى وعي الجمهور بأهمية حقوق المرأة والمساواة بين الجنسين في الإعلام ، من خلال بناء القدرات التدريبية والترويج لوسائل الإعلام التي تغطي كافة التحديات التي تواجه المرأة، وقضايا حقوق المرأة والمساواة بين الجنسين.
وسيجري التدريب 3 مدربين في المحافظتين المذكورتين اعلاه، حيث سيتم اختيارهم وفقا للمعايير الآتية:
1- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال الصحفي.
2- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التدريب الصحفي عامة.
3- خبرة تدريب لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال حملات المناصرة.
4- خبرة تدريب لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال السلامة المهنية والأمن الرقمي.

SEMC ( Studies and Economic Media Center) announces a chance for trainers in Taiz and Aden to train the journalists about building the capabilities of male and female
journalists in the field of media skills and advocacy related to gender equality, Yemeni women’s rights, and safety and digital security.
The program comes within Makanti project that will implement with CFI (the French Agency for Media Development ) in 2 governments ( Taiz and Aden).
The workshop includes 30 journalists from Taiz, Sana’a, Alhodaida, Hadramout and Aden which every 15 journalists will participate in each workshop.
The project “Media and women’s empowerment in Yemen” aims to raise public awareness of the importance of women’s rights and gender equality in the media, by building training capacities and promoting media that cover all challenges facing women, women’s rights issues and gender equality.
The training will also be conducted by 3 professional trainers in the three specific fields, who will be selected according to specific requirements as follows:
1-Not less than 10 years of
experience in journalism.
2-Not less than 5 years of experience in
journalistic training.
3-Not less than 5 years of experience in
advocacy campaign training.
4-Not less than 5 years of experience in
occupational safety and digital security training for occupational safety and
digital security trainers.
