SEMC Trains Aden’s Journalists On Investigative Journalisms

Mustafa Nasr SEMC chairman clarified that the program aims to grant journalists in Aden with the skills of Investigative journalisms based on the priorities of youth and women, where this training will resulted with a number of issues that journalists work on during the next period.

” investigative journalisms is the active means for revealing corruption in all fields and enable journalisms to be the fourth authority .

Mr. Sameer Hassan Chairman of Albadeel Center for Media & Development affirmed on the importance of that investigative journalisms play its role in supporting youth and women priorities.

The training that continue for two days with participation of 25 of journalists in Aden contains training on investigative journalists and its mechanisms in discussing the social issues on local level, especially the priorities of youth and women.

This training of journalists within the project of the voices of youth and women that implements by SEMC in cooperation with European Delegation in five governorates.

Studies & Economic Media Center is nonprofit organization working on rising awareness of economic issues, enhancing transparency and good governance, citizens participation in decision making and creating professional economic media.
